For organisers: raise support in three steps
1. Start your fundraiser
Create your fundraiser with a clear story, beneficiary details, amount needed and supporting documents. Tell people what happened, why support is needed, and how the funds will be used.
You may be asked for:
- Beneficiary name and contact details
- Live photo or relevant proof
- ID proof where needed
- Bank account number and IFSC
- Hospital letter, estimate, school fee proof, NGO documents or other cause-related proof
2. Share with your circle
Once approved, your fundraiser can be shared on WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook and Email. Start with people who already know you: family, friends, colleagues, neighbours and local community groups.
A warm message from someone trusted often helps more than a loud appeal. Keep updates honest and simple.
3. Withdraw to your bank
After funds are received and reviewed as per the fundraiser details, payouts are made to the beneficiary's bank account. This helps keep the process clear and reduces confusion around fund use.
Caredaan keeps a small percentage of payouts for platform upkeep, team and other costs. Payment settlement charges may also be deducted by the settlement partner. A full settlement breakdown can be shared with organisers on request.

Every fundraiser is checked before approval.
- Story review — We read the fundraiser story for clarity and completeness.
- Genuineness check — We review basic identity, cause and supporting proofs.
- Finance review — We check the amount requested, bank details and fund-use information.
- Admin approval — The fundraiser is approved only after final internal review.
How donors give safely
Donors can contribute online using UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. They can also choose direct bank transfer to the beneficiary, or route the donation through Caredaan where available.
The minimum online donation is ₹5. Donors may donate with their name or choose the anonymous option.

Every fundraiser goes through Caredaan's review process before it is approved. We check the story, genuineness, finance details and final admin approval.
Where does the money go?
Funds are disbursed directly to the beneficiary's bank account wherever applicable. Settlement charges may be deducted by the payment or settlement partner.
Can donors stay anonymous?
Yes. Donors can choose the anonymous donation option while contributing.
